Bountiful Court is only about four blocks south of BYU, so getting to campus is quick however you go. It’s about a 4-minute drive (roughly 1.1 miles) or a 5-minute bike ride. A UVX stop and a stop for The Ryde are both about two blocks from the community, which makes taking transit to and around BYU easy.

Bountiful Court is close to both UVX and The Ryde, with a stop for each about two blocks from the property. That makes it easy to get to BYU and around Provo without a car. BYU students can ride UVX free with their student ID, and eligible students can also use The Ryde campus shuttle.

Local favorites include MOZZ Sourdough Pizza and Guru’s Cafe (about a 2-minute drive each), Station 22 and Black Sheep Cafe (about 3 minutes each), and Backdoor BRGR (about 4 minutes). Smith’s on Freedom Boulevard is the closest full-service grocery store, about a 4-minute drive (0.6 miles) from the community. South End Market is about 5 minutes away, and Fresh Market Provo is about 6 minutes away.

Yes! Each resident signs an individual lease for their own bed, so you’re responsible only for your own rent and not your roommates’.

Shared-room rates at Bountiful Court start at $399 per month. On top of rent, residents pay a $60 monthly utility bundle and a $20 monthly technology and communications fee for internet. Utilities aren’t included in base rent. Instead, Bountiful Court charges a flat $60 monthly utility bundle, so your utility cost stays predictable every month. There’s also a one-time $5 utility setup fee at move-in.

Bountiful Court provides 1 GB internet throughout the community for a $20 monthly technology and communications fee. Each apartment has its own wireless access point, so you won’t need to bring a router.

Initial fees at Bountiful Court are a $50 application fee, $100 administrative fee, $500 security deposit and $5 one-time utility setup fee, for a total of $655. Once you move in, monthly charges include utilities, internet and renters insurance (unless you have your own qualifying policy). Optional parking and situational fees may also apply.

Bountiful Court offers 12-month lease terms.

Rent is due on the first of each month through the end of your lease. You can pay by credit card, debit card or e-check through the resident portal, or by check or money order in the leasing office. Late payments are charged a $50 fee, and returned payments are charged a $20 fee.

Bountiful Court’s community amenities are designed for students and include a swimming pool, resident lounge with a piano, ping pong, outdoor lounge areas, on-site laundry, 1 GB internet, and both free and reserved parking. Every apartment door at Bountiful Court uses keypad entry, so only residents can get in and there’s no key to keep track of.

Bountiful Court has on-site community laundry facilities, so you can do your laundry without leaving the property.

Yes! Bountiful Court offers free parking as well as paid reserved parking. Reserved covered and uncovered spaces are first come, first served and cost $20 or $40 per month, depending on the type. Residents who buy parking need to register their vehicle.

Visitor parking at Bountiful Court is on the street, so friends and family can park nearby when they come to visit.

Yes! There’s bike storage out front, which makes it easy for residents to bike to BYU and around Provo.

Bountiful Court’s resident lounge is a comfortable place to study, relax or spend time with friends without leaving the property.

Yes. Bountiful Court charges a $50 application fee, which is paid when you apply.

Most applications are approved within 1 to 2 business days.

Yes! International students are welcome at Bountiful Court. A cosigner is required, and there’s a $50 guarantor application fee. For more details, please contact our leasing office.

Yes. Renters insurance is required at Bountiful Court. The community offers coverage for $15 per month plus a $7 personal belongings fee. If you’d rather use your own qualifying renters insurance policy, you can opt out by submitting proof of coverage.

If you need to cancel before moving in, your contract must be sold to a new applicant who takes your place. If it isn’t sold, you’re still responsible for the installment payments on your lease. A lease transfer fee of 85% of one month’s rent applies. Please contact our leasing office for help with the process.

Yes! Every Bountiful Court apartment comes fully furnished. Bedrooms include beds, built-in closet space, a large desk area and chairs. Kitchens come with a dining table and chairs, a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Living rooms include couches, a coffee table and a TV. Upgraded apartments also include a 65-inch smart TV and two refrigerators.

Since your apartment comes furnished, you won’t need to bring any major furniture. Plan to bring your personal belongings plus everyday kitchen basics like silverware, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils, along with anything else that makes the space feel like home.

Yes! If you’d like to live with a specific person, you can request them through the link in our online application. If you don’t make a request, we’ll help match you with roommates.

Packages are delivered right to your apartment door, so you don’t need to make a trip to pick them up.

You can submit maintenance requests online anytime through the resident portal.

Bountiful Court is generally a no-pet community. Documented service animals and emotional support animals may be approved with the right documentation. Animal violations are charged a $200 fee. If you need an accommodation, please contact our leasing office to ask about approval requirements.

You’re welcome to personalize your apartment! Just make sure all decorations go up with removable, non-damaging materials like Command strips. This protects the walls and other surfaces and helps you avoid damage fees when you move out.

Renewal options open in November and are handled online through our renewal request form. If you don’t renew, your lease ends on its end date and we’ll send you move-out instructions. Apartments are expected to be left clean, and a $50 required cleaning fee may apply if they aren’t.
